approaching fall

finally, photographed it.
finally, photographed it

i've been looking to take a photo of this tree ever since i spotted it on way to college. but presence of people, bad weather, etc kept me from doing so.

i didn't take time to focus on the subject, nor did pause much while walking, just trusted the positioning of hand to take this.
Taking photos like this with anything less than a dslr feels very embarrassing to me.

rainy day @ college

sports field.
also from my college building

we all FALL down
we all FALL down

just outside my college..

Took another photo too, only of the tree.... But this makes more sense!

@Kalei's Best Friend never paid attention to it at night.. think the tree is not that clearly visible at that time..

I agree with KBF, the branchwork of that tree is spectacular! Too awesome for firewood. Well done.

@Dan: no one bothers to put lights on at the holidays? little clear lights? I bet around dusk u'd be able to get some great pics.

@Kalei's Best Friend the building u see on the right is actually being built.. and one of the buildings towards the back is a shopping complex (not a mall). I will keep an eye on how it looks at the said time.

@amfipolos i take very less angled / tilted photos. only when there is absolute necessary to frame it like that..

A slant to the angle gives a completely different perspective! I'm also a big fan of pix shot through windows/doors etc - wonder why that is? Maybe it just adds an aura of mystery that gives the shot an edge! Whatever the reason, loved this lot!

Happy travels!

@Red Nomad OZ probably 'cause photos that have some part of a window/door gives u the feeling of being there ?! :D
